Packaging
Our packaging complies with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations while minimizing ecological impact.
For smaller orders, we utilize either recycled paper envelopes containing up to 95% recycled content with an LDPE layer or lightweight COEX plastic bags made from recyclable LDPE material. When it comes to larger shipments, we rely on FSC-certified recycled cardboard boxes that meet stringent sustainability standards.
All materials are designed to be recyclable where local facilities exist.
Shipping
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before our 16:00 (CET) cut-off time are processed and fulfilled the same day within the Netherlands.
We provide free standard shipping on all orders, with an option for express shipping at additional cost. All orders are tracked.
